Guillaume started a career in retail sales of consumer goods in France, before working in the hospitality sector, and then in hospitality recruitment in 1985, a field he never left. After a successful track record with some of the leaders in the field of international hospitality search, selection and outsourcing, Guillaume created Eureka Executive Search in 1998. From the outset, this boutique company was geared to focus on high-end national and international retained assignments and has enjoyed steady year-on-year sales and profit growth. Whilst coordinating all UK and international assignments, Guillaume's track record in placing management personal from unit to board and personally conducting executive and non-executive assignments across the restaurant, hotel and retail sectors.

Toria DuffellManaging Partner

Toria started her career with Rolls Royce before moving into luxury hotels. She joined Guillaume in international hospitality recruitment in 1995. After working with some of the large hospitality recruitment firms, Toria joined Guillaume a second time in 2000 and became a partner in 2003. She plays a crucial role by completing assignments and managing some of the day-to-day functions.

Although she has retained a special interest in recruiting international Group Executive Chefs, Executive Chefs and Michelin-Starred Head Chefs, Toria also completes assignments at senior management level across both the hospitality and retail sectors.

Julien DubosManaging Partner

Julien gained valuable experience in the luxury hospitality sector before moving into hospitality recruitment first in London before creating his company in Paris 2001. Guillaume and Julien decided to join forces and Eureka Executive Search acquired the company in 2006. Since then sales have tripled and Eureka Executive Search is now known as one of the leading talent hunting firms for the hotel and restaurant sectors in France.

In addition to carrying our executive search assignments in a hands-on manner, Julien also manages the entire French business. Julien's track record includes placing middle to senior management in leading hotel and restaurant companies.

Charlotte McCarterManaging Partner

Following a career in acting, Charlotte managed several branded restaurants before being approached to join a hospitality recruitment company in 2004. Three years later she was responsible for three offices focusing on hospitality selection for some of the leading UK restaurant and retail brands, with annual billing in excess of £2m.

In 2008 Charlotte joined Eureka with the view to entering the world of retained executive search and launched Eureka Executive Selection, the new flexible recruitment concept based on a search / selection hybrid. Charlotte's track record includes completing middle, senior and executive search assignments across all hospitality and retail sectors. She is also a specialist in managing national recruitment campaigns for unit and operational management.

Ken SankerNon-Executive Chairman

Ken is the Managing Director of Selective Restaurants Group, which includes Chapter One in Bromley, Chapters in Blackheath, Galvin Bistro and Galvin at Windows, El Pirata Mayfair & Notting Hill, Ferrari's Restaurant in Bexley and Bella Vista. Ken is also a Director of Limecourt Ventures, a boutique private equity provider.

Donald MorrisonNon-Executive Director

Donald Morrison, known throughout the industry for his longstanding role as Vice President of Food and Beverage with Hilton International Hotel Group, has a career spanning over 40 years in the hospitality sector, including 22 years spent with Hilton.

We now benefit from his wealth of knowledge and expertise in the hotel sector and in the field of food and beverage in particular.

Silvano GiraldinNon-Executive Director

Silvano Giraldin, formally Director of Le Gavroche, has trained and developed some of the finest front of house professionals.

In addition to working closely with Eureka's hospitality teams, Silvano plays an active part in Albert Roux Consulting. His eye for talent, in-depth knowledge of the market and vast network of contacts has already proven to be invaluable.

Pierre CassagneNon-Executive Director

Pierre is the former Managing Director of Hippopotamus, part of Groupe Flo. Pierre, after Hospitality Management School in Switzerland, began his career with Groupe Flo in Paris, where he was eventually promoted to Finance Director before becoming Managing Director, a role he held successfully for 10 Years.
